1. Service description

RentNotice is an online tool operated by Perimeter Software Limited (Company No. 17194761) that enables UK landlords to generate Form 4A Section 13 rent increase notices for assured tenancies in England.

2. Acceptable use

You must only use RentNotice for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to generate notices containing false information, to harass tenants, or in any manner that violates applicable law.

3. Payment terms

One-off payment: £4.99 per notice (plus VAT where applicable). Payment processed by Stripe.
Monthly subscription: £9.99/month. Recurring billing, cancel anytime.
Annual subscription: £69.00/year. Recurring annual billing.
All prices inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate.

4. Refund policy

One-off notices: Once a PDF has been generated and made available for download, refunds are not available as the digital product has been delivered.

Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

5. Intellectual property

The RentNotice platform, branding, and software are owned by Perimeter Software Limited. The Form 4A template is based on the prescribed statutory form under the Housing Act 1988. Your generated PDF is yours to use for lawful landlord purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perimeter Software Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RentNotice. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific notice or subscription period in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.
